To begin the loan application process we will need the following documents from you.

(Complete and timely information required speeds the application process and reduces loan fees)

  • Signed Credit Authorization Information Release Forms ( all parties to the loan must sign)

  • $500.00 Application Check

  • Current Financial Statement (Balance Sheet less than 90 days old) with debt detail & detailed equipment list. (one each for all parties to the loan including makers, guarantors, affiliates and owners) • 3 Years Income Tax Statements (include all operating entities, Corporations, LLC’s., Partnerships Etc.) In some cases, we will accept a Profit & Loss State for the most current year if tax return not yet filed yet

  • 3 Years Historical Financial Statements (Balance Sheets) Loan requests over $20,000,000 require at least CPA compiled financial statements and preferably reviewed or audited quality financials

  • Projection or Proforma for the next operating season (with expense and income breakdown) o Projects such as new dairies and food plants: Project business plans with at least 5-year proformas on annual basis, copies of blue prints and engineering

  • Historical production on each crop farm (from crop insurance company), physical capacity of feedyards and dairies and average annual occupancy, food processing plant “name plate” capacity and annual production, if applicable

  • Copies of any current year marketing or forward Contracts on Crops, Cattle or Processed Commodities
